Carnival Magic isn’t your run-of-the-mill fair it’s a full-on cultural carnival experience built just outside Kamala Beach. Its probably one of the bigger things to do in Phuket. We went mid-week, grabbed our tickets with the buffet, and ended up mesmerised by glowing floats, interactive photo ops, fun games, and an epic nighttime parade. The kids were wide-eyed the entire evening, and so were we. Also to note there are no animals used in the show, it its carnival floats and amazing dancers.

Another top rainy-day activity when hunting for things to do in Phuket. This is a 3D art museum where everything is designed to mess with your perspective and your camera roll. We loved this! If you are looking for things to do in Phuket then colourful lanterns, live music, and endless street food make this a dream evening for families.
